Milltown Quilters is an organization of approximately 100 women who are dedicated to the art and tradition of quilting. Please travel through our website to learn more about us. We welcome visitors who love quilting to join us at our meetings and lectures.

Welcome Back Quilters!
Our first meeting is Monday, August 30th. We get together beginning at 10am and have a business meeting with show-and-tell starting at noon.
You have until September 20th to make the pillowcases for the Million Pillowcase Challenge we are all participating in. We'll display as many as we can on Monday the 20th. Join the fun and support our local charities with charming pillowcases made by our members.
2010-11 Challenge Quilt: Who do you think you are?
The deadline for judging and prizes is Monday, September 27th.

Speaker: Monday, October 4, 10:30 a.m. Joanie Poole who will speak about machine quilting and applique. There will be a workshop on Wednesday October 6 by Joanie Poole. "Background Bonanza" machine quilting class.See Carolyn B or Margot J to sign up.
In-house class, Monday, October 11. 9:30-11:30 a.m. Learn Pat Santavicca's applique techniques. Glue Stick Applique is featured. This is a very popular class. Sign up for members only begins Monday, September 13th

Mondays, 10 a.m until 2 p.m the last Monday in August through the 2nd Monday in June (weekly through the summer on a drop-in basis). Our official business meeting is the first Monday of each month. -
In case of bad weather, the guild will follow the closure policy of Howard County Schools. If the schools are closed, the guild will not meet. If schools begin late or dismiss early, the guild will not change the guild’s schedule or program.
